The famous Cretan gastronomy, long celebrated for its healthy properties, uses locally produced raw materials, such as vegetables, olives, herbs and virgin olive oil. As in every Cretan tavern, meals start with a glass of locally produced wine and end with local desserts and Raki. Please note that each restaurant can be booked only once for each week of stay.
