Once logged in to your account, you can redeem your Base points by clicking on the REDEEM option. You will then be prompted to choose whether you wish to redeem your Base points for hotel stays or Concierge services.

Opting to redeem your points for hotel stays will direct you to the free night booking process, allowing you to reserve your preferred dates, hotel and room type based on availability and your current Base point balance. 

The number of Base points required vary throughout the year, in alignment with the real-time room prices. The Base points required for a stay adjust dynamically, allowing you to make the most of your points.

How does it work?

Once logged in to your account, you can redeem your Base points by clicking on the REDEEM option. You will then be prompted to choose whether you wish to redeem your Base points for hotel stays or Concierge services.
Opting to redeem your Base points for Concierge services will direct you to our Concierge platform, allowing you to choose your preferred service from a range of options. The system will guide you through a 3-step process to redeem your Base points, depending on the availability of the service and your Base points balance. 
Please remember to log in with your Storytellers credentials when prompted by the system.

Please note: If a booking made with redeemed points is cancelled after the permitted cancellation window, penalties may apply and some or all of the redeemed points may be forfeited. The exact cancellation deadlines and any related penalties are detailed in your booking confirmation.

Exceptions: 

• Discount benefits apply only to payable services and are not valid for services booked through point redemption.
• Room upgrades are excluded from the points redemption process.
• Points pending from current or upcoming stays are not eligible for redemption.
