Your membership card, now digital, convenient, and sustainable
As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint, Storytellers by Mitsis has transitioned to a fully digital membership card. Starting March 2026, physical cards will no longer be issued for any tier. Members can easily view and save their digital card by logging in to their Storytellers by Mitsis account.

As of April 1st, 2025, Mitsis Belvedere in Corfu and Mitsis Alexander the Great in Chalkidiki join our Storytellers by Mitsis loyalty programme! Storytellers by Mitsis loyalty programme is introducing a more dynamic way to redeem your points for 2025 stays. As of September 16th, the number of points required for 2025 stays will vary throughout the year, based on real-time room prices, allowing for more flexibility to our esteemed members.

The Mitsis Group is excited to announce its expansion to a new destination with the acquisition of a new hotel on Corfu island. 'Mitsis Messonghi', a 4-star beachfront all-inclusive resort located in the area of Messonghi, is now part of the Storytellers by Mitsis programme.
For Mitsis Messonghi, the loyalty integration is expected to be finalized from season 2025 onwards. Until then, please be advised that special conditions apply to available benefits and redemption options.

Mitsis Group proudly introduces Mitsis N’U Piraeus Port, its first urban hotel located at the hub of Piraeus Port, the largest passenger port in Europe and one of the largest worldwide.
The opening of Mitsis N’U Piraeus Port marks a milestone for the Mitsis Group in general and specifically for the loyalty programme, as it adds a new strategic destination to its portfolio. Our members can benefit not only by experiencing a new travel destination but also by accumulating or redeeming points. Mitsis N’U Piraeus Port is classified as a category 1 hotel and operates year-round. Conveniently located just 200 meters from the metro station, it provides a direct connection from Piraeus to Athens city center and Athens International Airport.

The Group’s new corporate branding has been brought to life, heralding the start of a new era for the Mitsis Group. As part of this transformation, the loyalty programme formerly known as “Mitsis Friends Club” has been renamed “Storytellers by Mitsis”. Our rebranded loyalty programme is inspired by a transformative vision - shaping our loyal guests into genuine storytellers. This reimagining of our loyalty initiative is artfully designed to celebrate and reward the true storytellers – our devoted guests who create unforgettable holiday stories with us.

Even more ways to collect points
The Group's loyalty programme has been upgraded by expanding the point collection system with more options. Now, members can accrue points not only from hotel stays and concierge services, but also from food and beverages, and extra room charges.
Rewards and benefits
To ensure that our benefits remain as responsive as possible, we have introduced new rewards to pique the interest of our members, such as watersports discounts and wine tasting experiences.
Hotel category updates and new additions
In June 2023 we made some changes to the categories of certain hotels: Mitsis Family Village was upgraded to category 2 and Mitsis Rinela to category 3, while Mitsis Bali Paradise is now classified as a category 1 hotel.
