Set within the natural beauty of Chalkidiki, the resort is envisioned as a new Mitsis Selection destination that combines contemporary hospitality, Mediterranean ease and a strong sense of place. Inspired by a location “blessed by mountain and sea,” the resort draws from the region’s coastline, local heritage, craft traditions and natural landscape, creating an experience that feels authentic, refined and distinctly Greek.
Designed as more than a place to stay, the resort encourages guests to slow down, reconnect and create lasting memories. Families, couples and modern travellers will enjoy an environment where nature, simplicity and soft luxury shape every part of the guest experience, from arrival through to wellness and leisure.
The lobby introduces this vision through warm earthy tones, natural materials, woven textures and soft lighting. Together with the lobby bar, concierge and terrace, it creates welcoming social spaces where guests can relax, meet and enjoy the resort’s character. Comfortable seating, Mediterranean-inspired details and outdoor areas reinforce the relaxed rhythm of Chalkidiki.
Wellness is at the heart of the experience. The spa, hammam and gym are designed as a peaceful retreat inspired by ancient water traditions. Natural materials, warm lighting and calming spaces create an atmosphere dedicated to relaxation, rejuvenation and wellbeing, while the fitness facilities provide an energising balance for body and mind.
The resort will also introduce a refreshed identity with brighter, more open spaces, improved connections to the surrounding views, welcoming entrances, shaded outdoor areas and a refined material palette. The development includes the 144-room Filippos building, additional accommodation, family facilities, restaurants, pools, swim-up areas, sports facilities, beach experiences and upgraded operational areas.
Developed in partnership with HIP – Hotel Investment Partners, the resort will establish a new Mitsis Selection destination where wellness, authentic Greek character and contemporary hospitality come together to create a memorable holiday experience in Northern Greece.
