An all-day dining restaurant, offering flavours from Mediterranean and international cuisine. All meals are served in a buffet style with extended show-cooking for personalised food preparation. At Mitsis Rodos Maris, a full breakfast includes a wide selection of entrees, including omelettes, eggs any style, hot and cold cereals, pancakes, French toast, hot oatmeal, breakfast meats, fresh breads and pastries, fresh juice, fruit, a Greek traditional corner and more. The lunch buffet is a unique experience. It features garden-fresh salads, savoury cheeses, grilled and roasted meats, multiple show-cooking displays, seafood and a wide selection of fruits and freshly baked desserts made daily by our pastry chef.

The Main Dining Room’s dinner menu is renowned for its range and excellence, featuring a different theme night every day, such us Greek, Aegean, Gala, Italian, Pan-Asian, Mexican evening and traditional corner. Our late buffet offers garden-fresh salads, pasta, savoury cheeses, soup, grilled and roasted meats, traditional plates, freshly baked desserts and a selection of fruits.
