Each visit to our hotels and resorts becomes a rewarding chapter in your own holiday story, where every element of your stay is an opportunity to collect points.

Collecting points has never been easier:  Hotel stays, Concierge services, dining experiences, or additional expenses directly charged to your room all help to increase your points balance.

Important: With every eligible stay (points and nights awarding stay), you collect both Base points and Tier points, as well as Qualifying nights

Base points refer to the total number of points available for redemption, which may be used for free stays or Concierge services. 
Tier points refer to the total number of awarded points that determine a Member’s tier status and are not affected when the Member proceeds to redemptions.
Eligible/Qualifying nights refer to the total number of paid nights spent in our loyalty-participating hotels, during a single eligible stay that determine a Member's tier status.

Points and Qualifying nights collection for Hotel stays

With the Storytellers by Mitsis loyalty programme, every stay with us is an opportunity to collect both points and Qualifying nights. You can collect Base and Tier points through either Direct or Indirect booking channels, allowing you to tailor your reservation to your preferences, while Qualifying nights are awarded based on the total number of paid nights spent in our loyalty-participating hotels during each eligible stay, regardless of how the booking was made.

DIRECT BOOKINGS
By choosing to book your stay directly with us at www.mitsis.com, you unlock our most rewarding point accelerator system. You can collect Base and Tier points according to your tier and the net amount spent in euros (excluding VAT & taxes). What’s more, once you move up to the next tier your point accelerator is upgraded too!  The higher your tier, the greater the number of points you receive per euro spent.

Direct booking is the key to embarking on the most rewarding and personalized journey with MITSIS.

The number of Base and Tier points awarded is calculated by multiplying the net euro amount by the applicable tier-based accelerators, as outlined below:

Base and Tier points are collected from room rate, Concierge services, F&B and any additional charges, as long as they are billed directly to the room. 

INDIRECT BOOKINGS
When you choose to book your stay through partners and travel agencies, you can enjoy the MITSIS experience and collect Base and Tier points according to a fixed-point value per night, determined by the hotel category and season as defined below:

These Base and Tier points are awarded per Eligible room night (excluding complimentary nights) at loyalty-participating hotels.

Please note:

  • Points and Qualifying nights are credited to the Member’s account within one (1) day following departure.
  • Points and Qualifying nights are collected by the cardholder named on the reservation, unless otherwise indicated during check-in.
  • Points and Qualifying nights are credited for a maximum of one (1) room per stay, per Member, unless the Member has booked a second room occupied by his or her dependent children under eighteen (18) years of age, in which case points and nights may also be collected for that room, subject to verification by the hotel.
  • No points are collected for stays prior to registration.
  • Members are required to make their hotel reservation under the same name & email used to join to the programme.

Point collection for Concierge services

Concierge services are your key to advancing to the higher tiers of Storytellers by Mitsis. Whether you are planning on indulging in adrenalin-fueled watersports, exciting excursions, romantic honeymoon packages, or indulgent spa services, each experience can reward you with Storytellers points.

You are required to log in to the Concierge platform with your Storytellers by Mitsis credentials when prompted by the platform, in order to collect Base and Tier points for Concierge services.

The number of Base and Tier points awarded depends on the tier and the net amount spent in euros.

  • Points can be collected on services booked via the Concierge platform after logging in with the Storytellers credentials only. Services booked via partners or external websites are not eligible for point collection. The service must be charged to the Member’s room and paid in full.
  • Discounted services provided as tier related benefits or complimentary services do not count towards point collection.

Point collection for F&B and extra room charges

Much like our concierge services, F&B and extra room charges are golden opportunities for point collection. Top up your Storytellers points while savoring exquisite meals at our hotels or, for the utmost convenience, indulging in room-service dining.

The number of points earned depends on the tier and the net amount spent in euros; points can only be collected on expenses charged directly to the room and paid in full by the end of the stay.

Claim points with Ease

Think you might be missing points or nights from your account? No problem. You can submit a request via our designated Contact Center at https://www.mitsis.com/en/contact-center by selecting Loyalty Programme/Claim missing points form.  Please ensure that the stay you are claiming points for was completed within the last 12 months, as points and/or nights cannot be awarded for stays prior to this period. The Claim Missing Points feature allows you to easily retrieve any uncredited points or nights from qualifying stays. Maximize your membership now effortlessly!
